David has sat as a Director of the Vancouver Real Estate Board, on its Arbitration Committee and on the Professional Conduct Committee.

David is a long time Vancouver resident having moved here from Ireland over 30 years ago. Vancouver instantly felt like home, it rains a lot! David loves history and so naturally enjoys heritage homes. Because of that he was appointed to the First Shaughnessy Heritage Design Panel as the Vancouver Real Estate Board's appointee.
In what time off David gets, he loves hiking and traveling. He has climbed many of the local mountains and has hiked in Patagonia, the Andes, the Himalayas and to the top of Kilimanjaro.
