Making You Our Priority
David and Sean have a strong team with Tina Sokasians as a full time realtor helping people find homes and Carolyn Azar as our office administrator to make sure that the details are all taken care of, before, during and after every transaction. When you work with David and Sean, you have a whole team on your side and they make sure you are #1.
Carolyn oversees our office which has the latest technology including computers, software, colour laser printers, scanners and accounting systems to support David and Sean's efforts to deliver what they promise to you.
Carolyn handles the files on each home from start to finish. In addition to uploading photo tours and posting the open house times on Realtylink®, Carolyn designs the open house flyers, arranges appointments with property inspectors and appraisers and handles all other details including the exchange of keys on possession day. If Sean and David are out on appointments, Carolyn may be able to answer your questions.
Located in the North Office Tower of Oakridge Centre on 41st Avenue and Cambie, we are conveniently situated in the center of Vancouver. Lots of free parking makes it easier to visit our office for appointments and the new Canada Line station at 41st Avenue is conveniently located right outside our door.
