David Campbell - Broker
David is originally from Ireland and moved to Vancouver, which instantly felt like home with its mountains and rainy climate. He started selling real estate over 30 years ago and has gained much information on building and zoning regulations, financing and other requirements that, with his experience, help his clients make informed decisions. He sells single family homes to condos and multi-suite investment properties. David loves history and naturally enjoys selling heritage and character homes. Because of this, he sat on the First Shaughnessy Heritage Design Panel as the Real Estate Board's appointee. He also works with builders to acquire land, helps them design new homes with features today's buyer wants and then markets and sells them.
In 1997 David incorporated his own real estate company but continues to work within the RE/MAX organization where he has been most of his career. He has sat as a director on the Vancouver Real Estate Board, on their arbitration committee and professional conduct committee. In many years David has been in the MLS President's Club, the top 1% of Vancouver REALTORS and has been the top selling Vancouver RE/MAX residential agent several times.
A born Canadian, Carolyn grew up in Toronto and moved to Vancouver in 1993 and grew to enjoy Vancouver’s warmer climate quite quickly. Having a strong background in administrative and customer service, her interest in real estate and interacting with the public lead her to join David in 2005. Carolyn handles all the administrative duties in the office and liaises with our clients setting up showing times, as well as arranging the building inspections, bank appraisal appointments, dealing with the lawyer or notary offices all the way through to the completion of a sale. Carolyn is a fully licensed Realtor and assists David at open houses, showing homes, working on home valuations and taking over while he is on vacation. She may answer the phone when David is tied up in appointments.
Carolyn is an active volunteer with the City of Vancouver’s Emergency Social Services, as well as the city's Snow Angel program and spends her free time with her two dogs, Kenzie and Molly.
